Wie man Heilblockaden überwindet
_Wenn nichts funktioniert...
_ There
are times when even our best efforts at healing fail and we seem doomed
to be stuck with a condition forever. No therapy, no healer, no doctor,
no self-help seems to be able to shake off the persistent and annoying
problem, be it physical, emotional or mental. These are the times when
we need to do some serious soul searching into the cause of the problem
and any hidden factors that might keep the dis-ease in place.
This article is meant to help you assess the problem, in order to free yourself from all limitations and blocks to healing -- so you can become whole again, in body, mind and spirit, and do so in a natural and gentle way and by your own power. Remember, healing is always possible, there is nothing that cannot be healed. But sometimes it needs a shift in our attitude and patterns to achieve healing. And before we can make such a shift we have to first get to the root of the problem, the nature of the roadblock on our healing journey. Hopefully this article will help you do just that.

_Negative Beliefs
_A
very common cause of being unable to shift a problem is because of our
beliefs around it. If we strongly believe that a disease is incurable
for example, then all attempts and efforts of healing
are doomed to fail. Our mind-power is such that we do create our own
reality, unfortunately few people really know that nor feel it in their
hearts, so we go around using our power unconsciously and
negatively, putting out many negative thoughts and thought-forms into
the ethers which then manifest as negative or difficult experiences in
our daily reality.
It doesn’t help that the system we are living under is a medical dictatorship based on outdated junk science, such as the belief in the efficacy of vaccines, and that it is designed to keep us disempowered so we cannot heal ourselves and must remain dependent on costly and invasive procedures and drugs.
Understand, all healing in the end is self-healing. It is your body, powered by your own energy body that will repair the damaged tissues etc. A healer can only jump-start the process for you. So keep that in mind, the ultimate power is yours, it always has been and always will be! Unfortunately we are trained from childhood to give our power away and believe in so called experts. We believe whatever they tell us and by doing so make it real. Here is an example:
A friend of mine damaged a ligament in her foot. The doctor told her she would need surgery. She refused. Thereupon he told her if she didn’t have surgery the foot would have to be amputated. Last time I saw her she still had two feet and was walking as always. I worked on her foot once or twice briefly with energy, and once I noticed a negative energy stuck in the foot, which I recognised as a thought-form of what the doctor had told her: that no healing was possible without surgery. That thought-form was blocking the healing of the foot. I removed it.
I too have been told by doctors that problems I had would be “lifelong” – they weren’t, or that I would need surgery or the problem would never go away – I did get rid of it. When we are told these things it is almost as if a negative spell is cast upon us: "Abracadabra you will never be well, buy my medicine, you’re under my spell…" lol. Unfortunately many people believe religiously what any expert tells them. They have given their power away to these "experts" and have totally forgotten how to listen to their own inner voice, to higher guidance or to the voice of Mother Nature who provides us with so many wonderful remedies.
It is high time we take power back and learn to connect to nature and our Higher Selves again. Clearly, when you have a problem that persists and resists all treatment, you have to work on the underlying negative beliefs that keep it in place, such as for instance the belief that the condition is incurable, that only surgery can fix it, or a belief that you are too old to ever recover from it.
Make a list right now, on what beliefs you have around your illness. Examine these beliefs carefully and discard any that do not serve your highest good. You discard them by replacing them with positive thoughts of healing and by being in a state of joy and of positive expectation.
Remember that our physical bodies are nothing but condensed energy. It is the myth of entropy and our belief that the body is solid and prone to deterioration that keeps it that way. If you want to make a quantum shift in healing or in improving your body, you first have to remove the belief that the body is like a machine, with parts that wear down and may have to be replaced, as Western medicine advocates. Your body is pure light energy condensed, based on the blueprint of your astral body, which is strongly influenced by your thoughts, emotions and beliefs and above all, by your spiritual development and vibrational state.

_The Myth of Entropy
__One
of the most limiting beliefs in our society is the belief that
everything wears down and deteriorates, aka the myth of entropy, which
is a collective negative belief. The myth of entropy has been firmly
implanted in collective consciousness and really needs shifting if
mankind is to experience a state of longevity, youthfulness and perfect
health – all possible and perfectly natural, only we are told it is not
so. We are told ageing and disease are natural and health is something we
get purely by good luck or genes for a short time then it fades away
and the doctor has to fix us up with some toxic drugs or surgery. You
are what you believe, and if you believe you are a machine that wears
down, then this is what you get! Don't you think the myth of entropy is
both ludicrous and outdated?
Logic alone tells us that a belief in inevitable decay and decline is false. As above so below. You can draw conclusions about the microcosm by observing the macrocosm and vice versa. Just look at our planet. In nature everything is perfectly designed. The Earth doesn’t wear down but renews Herself, even through various cataclysms. We too can recover from cataclysmic disease if only we put our mental and energetic state right. The right mental attitude is the first step to healing. The next step is to check for any reasons to hold on to our dis-ease or problem. One common reason for that is:

Guilt
_Many
people carry a heavy burden of guilt around with them all their lives.
Guilt is a very destructive emotion and if you are stuck in it you will
live a life of pain. Our society is heavily based on guilt manipulation.
Various institutions, including religious institutions manipulate us
with guilt. Even religious phrases meant to inspire hope, such as “Jesus
died for you”, work by guilt manipulation. To our subconscious mind
this simply means “it is your fault”. In my humble opinion we are
intentionally being manipulated with guilt to keep us in a low
vibrational, disempowered state.
There are two forms of guilt: the one that is dumped on you, that you are being manipulated into and the one you yourself naturally have. The former one is a burden you are not meant to bear. Cast it off and let it go! The latter one needs to be dealt with for healing to take place.
There are shamanic guilt removal ceremonies that can help you let go of unnecessary guilt, but even the pure realisation that this guilt is unjustified and that the burden never was yours to bear can cause a big release and trigger what appears as miraculous healing. The self-healing power was there all the time but was blocked by the feelings of guilt. Like a dam in a river that obstructs the flow of water, guilt hinders all healing. Remove the guilt and healing energies begin to flow. The resulting healing may seem miraculous but is just the logical consequence of removing the obstruction to your body's self-healing powers.
The second form of guilt is a bit more difficult to deal with because it may be justified -- however, that doesn’t mean you have to be stuck in it forever! The natural function of guilt is a message from Higher Self that you have done something wrong, something that is not aligned with your soul, that is unethical or in violation of another sentient being, something that you on a soul level recognise you should not have done or in some cases should not have failed to do. In essence you have “sinned” against your soul and your Higher Self, and the guilt is the painful knowledge of having done a universal wrong or something that was wrong for you personally.
This is very different from religious sin, which entails breaking a fixed set of rules that your soul may or not agree with, even though you may say you do. For example, you might have stolen a loaf of bread to feed your children and feel you committed a sin as stealing is against your religion, but higher consciousness asserts you did the right thing, because you didn’t let your children starve. When you feel that you really have done something wrong and are still feeling guilty about it now, then you need to look into the reasons for your actions, pinpoint what weakness caused you to commit this act or omission, such as greed or cowardice, and forgive yourself for it while at the same time resolving not to make the same mistake again. Then you actually have to follow through and work on eradicating that weakness. If you are a cowardly person for instance, begin to develop courage. If you fail to forgive and to improve yourself you will probably be stuck in subconscious self punishment.

_Self Punishment
_In
most cases self punishment is subconscious, unless you are actually
self harming in a direct way. You will have painful experiences because
on some level you believe you deserve punishment. As there is no parent
around to discipline you for your “badness” you begin to punish
yourself. You may think you deserve to suffer because you did something
“bad”, failing to understand that you are free from blame and
carrying the guilt dumped on you by others. To overcome unjustified
guilt you have to recognise that you were not to blame, then return the
guilt to its originator. If you have in fact erred you will have
to forgive yourself for your shortcoming or mistake and work hard to eradicate your underlying
weakness and character flaw.
Another reason for self-punishment is the belief that you are a bad person and therefore deserve suffering. This may be the result of a subconscious program such as from your childhood, when maybe your parents kept saying over and over again that you are a "bad boy". You will have to do serious soul searching to get to the bottom of why you may want to punish yourself. And you will have to be very honest with yourself to determine whether there is anything you just cannot forgive yourself for. If you find any reasons for self-punishment or cannot forgive yourself for something you have done, then chances are you have found the cause of your problem and your dis-ease. Naturally you won’t be able to shift the problem while you hold on to your subconscious need to punish yourself and to experience suffering. Once you found a possible block keep checking for other obstacles to healing also, because often there are several factors involved in keeping the problem in place. Only when you release all blocks to healing, health and happiness can you actually get well and stay well!

_Vengeance
_As
absurd as it sounds, this is very common. Subconsciously we decide to
put ourselves in a pitiful suffering state so that we can punish another
for what they have done to us, somewhat along the lines of "Look at my
suffering, it’s all because of you". For example, you may break your arm
so your husband will have to do the housework and the dishes for a
change, or after he has been mean to you, or even to keep him at home so
he won't stray again. Most commonly we try to punish our parents,
showing them how messed up our lives are because they didn’t take good
care of us, they didn’t love us, they weren’t good parents. In some
cases you can then physically become a burden to your parents, by having
to live with them and being unable to take care of yourself. That way
you really get back at them, yeah! No, actually you are ruining yourself
and your life mostly, and possibly the lives of your loved ones as
well!
Some people are actually trying to punish God or prove God doesn't exist by having a horrible life. Sometimes their words will give their game away, expressions such as "if there was a God he wouldn't let me suffer like this," can give you a clue on what is going on. But it is always much easier to see the splinter in your neighbour's eye than the beam in your own. Do not immediately dismiss the possibility that you have a hidden agenda of punishment or vengeance by manifesting or holding on to the illness you have. Of course you haven't done it intentionally, but you may have done it subconsciously. So ask yourself, "who am I trying to punish?" Be brutally honest with yourself. Punishment doesn't work. It is time to wake up, let go of hatred and resentment, forgive others for what they did or didn’t do, forgive yourself for being so stupid to have played these self-destructive vengeance games, and move on.
Forgive, let go, move on and be healed! It is so simple!

_Martyr Complex
_Another
common reason for endless troubles and pain is having a martyr complex.
This is very common especially among Christians but we all have been
exposed to Christian culture and programming, so anybody could have a
martyr complex, even non Christians. Martyrhood is wanting to take on
the suffering of others, for various reasons. Sometimes this happens out
of empathy, of not being able to bear another’s pain and rather wanting
to take it on ourselves. This is very common with healers who are often
empaths and find it hard to witness the suffering of
others. Sometimes it may stem from a need to appear “holy” through one's
suffering along the lines of “I take on the suffering of humanity. You
better worship me now!” Another contributing factor to martyrhood
is ego.
_Ego
_The
greatest need of ego is to be special. Ego may say “I am so special, I
suffer more than anybody else. Look at me and admire me!” But ego trips
you up in many other ways also. For example, ego may manifest an
incurable disease so you can talk about it and get lots of attention.
Ego loves attention! Another indicator for ego issues is when therapy
that works on everybody else does not work on you. You are the only one
(the special and unique one) on whom it doesn't work! Wow, that really
gives ego a kick, it has made you unique! If your disease makes you
somehow special, beware! You are most probably a victim of your own ego.
The only "cure" for that is to cut ego down to size, and for that you
will need to do serious soul searching into what your ego wants, what
makes it feel special, etc. and then discipline your mind and your ego
through intense spiritual practices.
_Need for Attention and Sympathy
_Ego loves
attention and dis-ease can be ego's ploy to get just that. But
attention seeking can also be a desperate cry for love or indicate a
wounded inner child. In either case, attention seeking does not do you
good. When you are seeking attention you are giving power away. If you
are truly in your power and know yourself you do not care what others
think of you, as you have true self worth and dignity. Until you develop
those qualities you may play the game of attention seeking. Let me tell
you, in this game you always lose, even if you get what you want! You
may lose face, you lose your power, and you may manifest disease or
problems just to get the attention you crave. Every time you succeed in
getting noticed you are feeding ego as well, making matters much worse,
and possible getting into a vicious circle of sickness, attention,
getting sicker, getting more attention and getting even sicker. When you
see through the game of your ego or recognise the wounds of your inner
child, you can begin to shift those issues, so that healing will finally be possible.
The need for sympathy is very similar to attention seeking. When you are given sympathy people are giving you attention and their energy. Some seekers of sympathy are martyrs, others are psychic vampires. The giver of sympathy will be drained of energy and gives her power away. Never give sympathy, have compassion but do not give sympathy nor pity to anybody. When you pity somebody you are agreeing with the illusion that they are not the creators of their own reality. You disempower them and yourself by doing so! Sympathy seeking is a form of manipulation and the most compassionate thing to do for such people is to ignore them! If a child is throwing a tantrum and you give him what he wants, he will do it again. If you are guilty of seeking sympathy, understand you have totally disempowered yourself with that behaviour, you have made yourself into a victim!

_Victim Complex
_A
victim is one who is not in charge, who is helpless and unable to act,
impotent, so to speak. Whereas a warrior acts and tackles the situation,
even if it looks hopeless. A warrior knows he /she is in charge and
their actions make a difference while the victim is caught in the
illusion they can do nothing to improve their plight. As the creator of
your reality you do not need to be a victim. You may choose to be
because you are afraid of responsibility, because you seek attention,
because you want to be taken care of, or because you are too cowardly
and apathetic to fight for a better life. A victim is a loser. Do not be
a victim but do everything in your power to become a winner. Having
a victim complex doesn't go with spiritual enlightenment. It indicates a
great deal of spiritual ignorance, of not understanding who you are,
ignorance or denial of your power, and ignorance of the truth
of this reality: that everything is energy and that you can change
yourself by changing your vibration, that you can be and become whatever
you like -- but you have to work for it. Victimhood can be convenient,
as it allows for laziness. The warrior cannot afford laziness, but for
the victim it is a way of life. Make a choice today to be a warrior not a
victim, and then do what is needed to become strong!
_Pay-offs
_Many people
are holding on to their disease or problem for a perceived advantage or
benefit from staying in their miserable state, a so called pay-off. Crazy as it may sound holding on to a problem for a pay-off is
actually quite common. Of course the afflicted will vehemently deny that
there is a pay-off, because admitting it would mean having to take
responsibility, which is not popular in our dysfunctional culture. Many
healers for example report that their clients’ conditions improved very
quickly to a certain point then stopped. The point it stops typically is
the borderline where they would not be seen as unable to work or
disabled anymore. Often people cut off their own healing
process when they are nearing the point where their disability benefits
might get cut off. Ask yourself, do you really benefit from disability
benefits, or wouldn’t you be better off being fully healed and full of
vitality, enjoying life to the fullest? It is perverse that there should
be a benefit in being sick, but our society is built on that principle
and promotes us to stay with the "benefits" rather then getting back on
our feet again. Fearful of not being able to make it without the
benefits, many people choose on some level to stay sick rather than get
well.
Other pay-offs can involve attention, being nurtured and loved, which many people crave. Maybe as a child the only time your parents were nice to you were the times you were sick. Then it becomes a pattern to whenever you feel unloved to manifest an illness so your loved ones and family will take care of you and give you love and nurturing. I guess I can count myself lucky in this respect, because whenever I was sick as a child I was neglected or even abused, a blessing in disguise...
There are many other reasons for staying sick, such as: to avoid having a relationship (fear of intimacy), attention seeking, being pitied, being mothered or nurtured by others, being able to avoid working, or avoid working in a job you don’t like, etc. Here’s a good example:
When I was 19 I worked in an office job I hated. I couldn’t find any other job and I hated going to work so much that soon I developed a very painful tendinitis so I couldn’t type anymore. The tendinitis resisted all treatment and in the end my arm was in a cast for a few weeks, still it wouldn’t get better. I got spontaneously and miraculously cured when I quit the job. See the power of the mind? I first manifested an incurable disease, then I found a miracle instant cure as well. The tendinitis had nothing to do with my typing, I type loads now, never had tendinitis again. It had only to do with me hating the job and not wanting to do it! Let’s just face it!
However, I must say, I always knew in my heart that this was not what I was born to do, and so I was in violation of my soul’s life plan by working this job where I also got ill treated by my superiors. So, if you are stuck in a situation that is harmful to you, get out, do not wait until disease manifests and forces you out!

_Lack of Responsibility
_Your own healing
is always your responsibility, no matter how you came by the problem
you are now having. You may have had an accident that was somebody
else’s fault, in other words, their responsibility. But the past is
over, you got to move on. What matters now is how you can get healed. Do
not hold on to the disease to punish the one who caused you injury or
harm, or to show the world how you have been wronged. Instead take
responsibility for your own healing. Yes, a healer can help and make a
big difference, but you got to do your share also or it may not work!
The first step in taking responsibility is to stop blaming. This may be hard, especially if you have been abused or been the victim of a crime. But you have to shift your focus from what happened to you to how to get well. What happened already happened. You are left with the result, whether it was your fault or somebody else’s fault is irrelevant when it comes to healing. "Where do I go from now?" should be your question, not "whose fault is it?". Take charge of your own healing. Nobody but you can heal yourself. You decide what therapy to take, whether to go to a doctor, or see a healer or acupuncturist, whether to work on your diet or take herbs and vibrational remedies or all of the above.
Do not expect to be served a magic pill on a golden platter, something that makes it all go away instantly and without you having to exert at all. To take full responsibility for yourself and your healing you have to first let go of the past, of all blaming and hatred, including self-hatred. You also have to let go of the idea that somebody will do it all for you. And then you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to be fully healed, embracing anything that is needed for healing, which may include facing yourself, letting go of resentment, enduring pain, both emotional and physical, making a great effort and doing so persistently for however long it takes. If you are that determined then nothing can stop you from healing. But if you make a half-hearted effort, just for a few days, and give up or run when things get tough, then you are unlikely to get healed fully. The gist of it is: don’t wait for a saviour. You are the one you have been waiting for!

_Doubt
_There
is nothing more destructive to healing than doubt. Doubt is the exact
opposite to faith and in effect makes positive change difficult if not
impossible. That doesn't mean you should be gullible and fall for
charlatans, or buy silly and expensive gadgets that promise a cure.
First you decide on what path of healing
you wish to take, whether to try herbs or acupuncture, see a healer or
shaman etc, or a combination of those. You are responsible for making
this decision and you should use logic and reason as well as intuition
and inner guidance to choose your path of healing.
But then, once the decision has been made and you embark on the journey of healing, then you have to give it all you have got, including a positive attitude. If any doubts arise, put them aside and focus on the positive end outcome and affirm you will get there no matter how long it takes, no matter what it takes. Doubt is a very negative energy. Every magician knows this. When you do magick, once the spell is cast, the ritual done, you keep silent about it. Why? If you tell others they may have doubts and reservations about what you have done, or they may be jealous and wish you ill. The negative thoughts of others can negate your magick. And your own doubts can do so too. So once the spell is cast, a magician should actually forget the ritual. The worst thing to do is to constantly wonder "will it work?" or to think "it probably won't work." This is the surest form of self-sabotage. The proper attitude is to feel a positive expectation and then forget about it. Forget about the problem, forget about the spell and let the magick happen in silence and mystery.
It is pretty much the same with healing. Do not constantly wonder whether it is working, how long it will take, why you still have a few minor problems, when those will go away, etc. You are sabotaging your own healing if you doubt and rationalise. He who has no patience and no faith will seldom see results. The man or woman of faith and perseverance will succeed. Let me tell you a little anecdote of my life that demonstrates the destructive energy of doubt and the benefit of faith.
When I was in kindergarten, quite a while back but I remember it very clearly, the children were given seeds to plant carrots. We all had our own little carrot patch. Soon the green leaves were visible and the children were all very excited about it. The teachers urged us not to be impatient, the carrots would need time to grow. In spite of this some children couldn't wait and pulled the little carrots out to see how big they were, then stuck them back in the earth. Some children checked their carrots every day, to see whether they were growing. Needless to say, the carrots of the children who doubted and were impatient eventually died and those few that survived the frequent checks were stunted and sickly. I didn't pull mine out and so I was rewarded with a good harvest.
Healing is like growing carrots. It happens hidden from view, mysteriously and bit by bit. You got to give it time and you have to have faith that it will happen. If you doubt and check every day whether the symptoms are still there, you are hindering and preventing your own healing. The miracle of life and growth is not something to be bisected but something to be embraced. Have trust and faith and let the miracle happen! You do not need to know how, why, when, how fast. Just trust it will happen and allow grace to enter your life!

_Making It Too Real
_It
is almost funny to see how many spiritual healers on encountering the
slightest physical problem lose all faith in their own healing abilities.
Before getting sick they were using crystals
and doing healing meditations and all manner of things, telling all
their clients what great Reiki masters, etc. they were. But come a
physical problem, they run to the doctor, swallow pills and have
surgery, or worse, take chemotherapy. The ultimate spiritual test is whether
you make the physical or the spiritual more real. If you truly have
spiritual understanding you have no fear of death or disease. For the
material man the physical is real and the spiritual unreal. For the
spiritually enlightened it is the other way around.
Not only healers fall in the trap of making the body too real, the average Joe does just the same. Why is this a problem? Because anything you make too real you cannot change. You think it is physical, solid, unbudging like a concrete wall, and you throw yourself at the problem as if you want to go with your head through the wall, angrily and futile. The deepest healing is always effortless, blissful. It draws its power from knowing that it is all an illusion. This physical reality is an illusion. Everything is energy, everything is consciousness. If you want to bend a spoon, don't focus on the spoon, it is your mind that must bend! We are verily living in a matrix, and once you realise that it is all an illusion you are free. Physical reality is built on certain rules. It has to be, because the physical world is our playground, the playground for pure consciousness. But, some of those so seemingly solid rules can be bent, and some can be broken. Enlightened sages and advanced Yogis are completely beyond the known laws of physics.

_Energy Flows where Attention Goes
_As
you are the creator of your reality your thoughts, beliefs and emotions
matter. They are in fact the blueprint and the fuel for what you
are creating. If you are thinking 90% negative thoughts all day long you
cannot expect to have a happy life or a healthy body. Your emotions in
particular create your reality. Whatever you focus on, dwell on, think
about, is what you are giving energy to. The more often you think about
it, the more real you make it and the more energy it gets until it
manifests itself on the physical material plane. So if you have a
dis-ease, and you think about it all day long, how bad it is, how much
you suffer, you are making it worse, at the very least you are keeping
it in place, as you are feeding it with your thoughts and emotions. Give
it a good dose of self-pity for fertiliser and it will grow even
faster!
One way of getting rid of a physical condition is to forget about it! This may be easier said than done, but it can be done quite easily if you are not in pain. But even if the suffering is severe, you can at least withdraw your energy from it by not wallowing in self-pity, by not giving in to negative emotions such as despair, and by focusing on a positive future while in a state of joy and bliss and free from doubt. In order to pull this off you will have to develop spiritual strength and qualities such as faith, cheerfulness, fortitude in adversity etc. See the crisis or disease as an opportunity to develop such qualities. And when you falter, every time you get upset about your condition, repeat the Yogic formula: "even this will pass away". If you do it right you can banish the problem.
I have had great success with this technique when I had long lasting conditions. I made myself forget them, and one day they were gone! I didn't even notice when I last had the problem. And yes, I have had times when my body was in severe pain, but I was in a state of spiritual ecstasy (drug free my friends, I neither take drugs nor painkillers!) It can be done, the trick is to get control over your own mind, and that takes discipline. Every time you think a negative thought, pull the mind back, like a dog on a leash, withdraw it from the negative thought, then replace it with a positive, uplifting thought, or love of God / Goddess. Do not give energy to negativity but begin to create your positive future now by cultivating positive thoughts and emotions!

_Face It!
_It
surely isn’t pleasant to ask yourself whether you could possibly have a
martyr or victim complex, nor to admit to yourself you have religious
delusions, crave pain or are on the ego trip. It certainly isn't easy to
transform your own mind from pessimistic thinking and dwelling on doom
to positive thinking and strength in adversity. It is so much easier to
say you got all that suffering by coincidence, bad luck or through the
fault of others than to admit you actually wanted to have it or
created it yourself. Then you can keep on moaning and groaning about it
and get the added benefit of attention and sympathy. But beware, pity
disempowers, and once you have lost your power you cannot create your
reality any more, nor heal yourself!
_The Truth will Set You Free
_The truth
can be painful and hard to face, but it will set you free. So be
brutally honest with yourself, you don’t have to admit your
shortcomings to anybody else, just to yourself. And if any of the above
applies, ask yourself, do you really want to go on with these complexes
and issues? There will be no happiness for you until you let go of them.
Confronting the ego may be called for to get out of the martyrhood
trap, or resolving not to take on others’ suffering anymore, or getting
over religious delusions or delusions of grandeur, or embracing solitude
rather than attention seeking, taking responsibility instead of naming
and blaming. All these issues are very difficult to admit and to deal
with, but it can be done, and the sooner you work on releasing your
issues, the sooner you will be healed. There can be no healing
while on the martyr trip the victim or the ego trip. If one disease
disappears, you will soon get another to take its place, as you on some
level need suffering and attention. So get over it, get out of the
trap, be healed and be whole!
_Recognise, Release, Recuperate
_By
now you hopefully realise that most of our obstacles to healing are of
the mind. The solution is therefore also of the mind. And none better
than you to sort out your own mind. In fact, no expert can give you mind
control, it is you who must exert in the conquest of mind! And yours
alone is the fruit of such conquest: a happy life, a healthy body and
mind, and ultimately, if you take it far enough, enlightenment!
Just by realising that you are the creator of your own reality, the obstacles to healing that once loomed over you like insurmountable mountains will shrink to shallow hills, easy to overcome by a bit of effort and perseverance.
To begin your journey of healing you must first chart your journey. To pinpoint the obstacles to your healing take a pen and paper and sit down in a quiet place and do a brainstorming of all the benefits the dis-ease gives you, of what would happen if you suddenly didn’t have it anymore, both positive and negative. Go through the list of possible issues above to see whether any of those apply to you. Take your time and do it thoroughly and be brutally honest with yourself. You may want to work on this over a few days as more and more subconscious issues will be revealed once you have started the process. Watch out for messages from your dreams or intuitive insights during the day. Write everything down that relates to your problem, especially your attitude to it, your beliefs around it and your fears connected to it. Deep soul-searching is required to overcome your inner resistance. Chances are you will get a few big surprises, maybe even a real revelation!
Recognising the pattern or block is the first step. But that isn't enough. In step two you will have to actually release the pattern or block. Sometimes this can be done by a shift in consciousness, through meditation, with the help of sacred plants, or in a medicine ceremony, by a ritual of release, or by magick, with the help of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or through intense prayer. Find what works best for you, but keep working on it until you feel all remnants of the pattern, belief, or block to healing are gone.
The third step is the easiest: recuperate! This will happen almost automatically once the block to healing is removed, but may need to be "jump-started" for faster results by utilising various healing techniques, remedies etc. If your body has been damaged or weakened it will need good "construction materials" to rebuild. So please give it healthy organic food and eat at least a partially raw diet with live enzymes! As I said before, we are really made of energy not matter, so make sure your energetic state is right also. Regular meditation greatly helps in this respect. During the recuperation you basically have to give yourself what is needed to get well, whether it be healthy food, plenty of rest, self-love or a peaceful environment. Get rid of everything that has made you ill, whether it was toxic food or toxic relationships. You deserve health and happiness! Be willing to make whatever changes are needed to put yourself in a harmonious and health promoting environment and inner state.
Be assured, once you pinpoint all subconscious reasons for holding on to dis-ease you are half way there. You can then consciously work to release the beliefs, patterns and attitudes that have so far hindered the healing process. And once this is done recuperation is on the horizon! Just remember the three steps to overcoming obstacles to healing: Recognise, Release, Recuperate!
